HER STORY
Latifa Whitlock,RN, CCE,CBC, is a Registered Nurse, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor.Latifa began her career in women's health and obstetrical nursing in 1999. In addition to her educating,preparing, empowering and giving valuable information on the process of labor, breastfeeding, and newborn care to best prepare families for the arrival of their baby's for over 14 years, she is also a proud mom and has been a nurse in Obstetrics and Gynecology for over nineteen years.For the past eleven years she has been working as a High Risk Maternity nurse employed at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center with Maternal Fetal Medicine in NYC.
She is very passionate about her work and takes pride in helping families transition into this new and exciting stage of life
